The successful adaptation of the Marvel Comics title Guardians of the Galaxy worked in large part due to its excellent performances. Vital to their portrayals was the excellent makeup effects, with the films rag-tag group of intergalactic heroes brought to life through the skilled work of a hair & make-up team that transformed a talented cast into this eccentric group of heroes.
